Toogethr is rapidly growing and expanding her development teams, therefore we are looking for a Back End developer. We have great plans for you and the future of mobility!


As Back End developer you will be part of the Scrum development team of Toogethr. You will supplement our team by unravelling huge data sets, designing the architecture, implementing the latest cutting-edge technologies and guarding long term technical goals. You will work with the brightest minds in the industry and be part of the frontrunners of (online) technology.


Together with our development partner Calendar42, we constantly improve our products and services for our customers and community. In our offices in Delft and Utrecht we have multidisciplinary teams with one shared mission: we don’t stop until everybody is driving Toogethr!

Key Responsibilities


What does that mean and what is expected of you? Well, we are looking for someone who:

  • Designs architecture and develop complex solutions
  • Defines REST API's
  • Translates requirements from design team to functional solutions
  • Interacts with our multidisciplinary team existing of Developers, Service Designers, Product Owners and Project Managers
  • Design, implement and review your and your colleagues' work 

Experience & Knowledge


  • Programming experience in Python
  • Experience in Django is a big plus
  • Experience in other languages is a bonus
  • Experience with REST API's and microservices in a complex environment
  • Relevant experience with designing microservice based software
  • Familiarity with Docker, Postgres and Github
  • You are a problem solver by nature and and are determined to find solutions
  • Self-starter and capable of managing your own work
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (the universal language is English)
